So, you have Sun-Dried Tomatoes on the vine? Oops not funny sorry your crop was a failure. I just added a bunch of cut up tomatoes minus the seeds onto a cookie sheet with garlic and onion, salt and pepper to dry roast then into olive oil they will go.
Seems I will be trading some tomatoes for a few Maine lobsters with a friend who sets his own traps in the Atlantic.
