And black cats. The shelter tells me that they will NOT adopt out Black cats in October as people do very mean things to Black Cats in October and at Halloween.

I too have heard that here in New England as well so sad. Then again as a child I had a beautiful Grey kittle scum bags hung alive over rr bridge when train was coming I know am a grown up with a really good AIM so that will never happen to anything I love :)
