Your watercolors are fabulous. When I was in Quintana Roo, a Mayan shaman asked me if he could tell me my nature and he said I was a bird like a hawk..I can’t remember the name..that flies above surveying all and then tries to communicate what they see to others…through words or art. He was spot on and I’ve always especially loved black birds. Your art captures both the appearance and spirit of an owl and a grackle or crow or raven…whichever the black bird is. Perhaps a magpie, as they soar and talk.
Thank you so much. I have quite the bird property here in NH USA. Actually just back from buying them seed. Between our dog and them I will be happily broke.
I love your paintings, particularly the third one. Who does the statue depict? I’m not familiar with it.
Thanks, not sure who she was I saw no name attached.
You’re welcome.

Thank you for the link. I just read the article. Very impressive project. I love the title “The Knowledge Keepers.”
Me too. You’re welcome.
I added the link to the page on MFA that speaks to these statues. They are The Knowledge Keepers.
