I have been here so randomly, unlike years past. I wanted to join Cathy and her blog Words and Herbs for her Week of Flowers.
I will add a few of my photos here to support her.
This would be Day 6 but I am behind so I added a slide show.
I needed to go back. I wanted to remember what this place looked like in spring, summer, and fall. We will be covered in snow and ice for what will seem like forever.
Thanks again Cathy @WordsandHerbs

This is just what we need during winter. Thanks to Cathy and everyone who shared colorful images. All I have now is white.

So much joy in these images, Eunice. Wishing you a wonderful Advent xx
Same to you Jo
Thank you for all those lovely images of your flowers and the little creatures that visit them. ❣️ Hummingbirds must be wonderful to watch. The colour here is muddy brown and grey! But I think I prefer that to white, at least until after Christmas when it can snow as much as it likes as I don’t have to go anywhere! LOL! 😁 Glad you joined in!
Thank you for having me, it was fun!
I wish you had them at your place, they are feisty little birds. It was my CB handle when trucking HUMMINGBIRD and the only tattoo I have on this 69 yr old body is a 30+ year old one, on my back :)
😆
very beautifull pic 👍
thanks so much.
Very nice
Thanks so much.
You have such beautiful flowers at your place!!
From now on I will buy sacks of annual seeds and do borders all along my perennial beds. So I will constantly have so many blooms I won’t know what I like best.
We tried wildflower seeds, but I don’t think they liked the soil.
Yes some are very picky others will grow like weeds. I buy mine from VT Wildflowers.
I tried Queen Anne’s Lace from VT Wildflowers, but nothing happened. I think I waited too long to plant them. (Like a couple of years.)
Mine are all over here but just native. Sometimes they grow the first year then you see them on their 2nd year. Memorial day plant seeds and water them once a week if there is no rain and they love sun. Once a few come up they will spread naturally.
Thank you for the tips!
I cand pull some of mine up and you can transplant them to naturally spread them each year.
Sounds good!
Splendid slideshow, Eunice. This meme really does lift the spirit!
Thank you :)
A very cheerful collection, thank you. Much needed in our gloomy days here.
Yes Cathy did a good job daily I was so far behind.
Beautiful flowers and birds. Especially liking the hydrangeas
Thanks so much they grow like weeds here :)
Flowers, nature at her prettiest.
Thank you for this much needed peek at the beauty of warmer weather, Eunice!
Fabulous photos!
