I will hopefully have mine stuffed and in the oven by noon. It’s just the two of us. Well, that’s not true. Brady will love turkey and carrots mixed into his bowl of lousy dog food.

There were 100 in line at 11 am yesterday. So many looking to help empty our local shelter but someone beat us there for Stevie(female) it’s ok as long as she found a loving home. Today Brady will get to chill with my brothers dog.

Happy Thanksgiving. It is too much work even for a 12lb bird and sides but many meals can be had very quickly for which I am grateful and pretty cheap I must say. Brady was following me after our walk and we came in to the smell of the bird roasting he has a great nose :) he had turkey and carrots with his reg. food.

I woke early, walked Brady, then I painted as the turkey cooked and then Ron did the dishes, so so far a wonderful day thank you. Now 9 pm and ready to call it a wrap! Hope you two had a wonderful day.

I am like you two, even if it would just be the two of us I still would cook. Thanksgiving is the only holiday I don’t host the family and it is a nice break. I couldn’t help but stare at every detail of your pictures, they are breathtaking!
Awe thanks so much. Life is as good as you make it right :) This place I have had since 88 but not until 2006 did I really see the land as a home for so many. Of course I have created monsters lol
