Grateful to my youngest brother and my other half, for getting this gift of a dryer from my brother and the electric and water hooked up in the only real space meant for a bedroom, but since the furnace had to be placed upstairs in this room, by the State of NH, due to their lake flooding my home constantly, it now makes our life easier on rainy days and cold winter days when I would skip doing laundry and instead just waiting for a break in the weather to hang them on the line or on nail in the living room. Roughing it comes easy when you have no choice.
Some say it’s the little things, I say this is huge, though I have not had a dryer since I found a snake in my basement in 92 or 93, lol yup not going down there ever again! The old washer and dryer sit where they were when I purchased my home in 88, now the snakes sit on my counter, upstairs! :0

I had to laugh about the snake! That would probably keep me out too.
Seriously these are Milk Snakes large and nasty bites but you live in their case you enter my home you don’t go out the same way.
Oh man!!!
A washer and dryer make life so much easier, particularly when no snakes are involved.
Amen if I find another there will be matches involved :)
😁
Oh my goodness, you still haven’t been in the basement?! LOL! I remember you telling that tale about the snake. So glad you have a drier now to make life easier. We have a standing airer but a dryer too and it does help so much. Happy drying! 😃
:) Eunice 10 snakes 0 :) I can’t make this stuff up :) Have a great week your flowers are so pretty I just planted a terrarium.
I always thought a terrarium is what you keep snakes in. 🤣😂 Oh, I see now in google pics you can plant things in them. Lovely!
I think that I too would tend to avoid a basement with a snake in it. It is good to see that you have better opportunities upstairs now.
Much better :)
