Here in New England, we will have millions of visitors joining us, as we oh and ah the colored leaves.
For us we will take long rides in our old trucks with Brady the new border collie and my Nikon to capture it all.
We will enjoy some freshly made apple cider and pick up a pumpkin to go with my mums, asters and yes, we actually still have our hummingbirds stopping by as well as the return of bluebirds who have been busy eating bugs. Now they are devouring mealworms.
Soon this blog will have colored leaves, more hot rods and watercolors.

Just starting in the red maples.
We went up to the Whites today. Only the swamps were showing a tinge of color.

It is so amazing, and I was born and raised here :) Just never gets old for me. I even enjoy chopping up the brown leaves and letting them care for my gardens.
Enjoying those kinds of things is clearly a measure of being in your “heart-home” — a great blessing to have and to enjoy to the fullest!
