He is Weak

Well, I brought him last night which means he has been gone for 28 day and in that time period he underwent a quadruple bypass and an aortic
valve replacement.

He is tired, I mean beat. I am tired as is the dog since all my sleepless nights kept him up as well. The three of us slept great last night and took a decent nap after going for a walk. His was maybe 800 feet and the dog and I made it a half mile trip. It was warm and I did not want him sitting in the car until we did 2 more laps to make 1 mile.

After the rest he said he was ready for a bit more of a walk so with the shopping cart we went shopping slowly for food he has never bought before lol frozen fruit and frozen veggies, a pork loin and 4 burgers. It is just a start to eating a bit better with more protein and less empty useless carbs.

Brady pictured above is always ready for a ride or walk he will either kill us or make us much healthier.

The hummer in my header is one of many beautiful Ruby Throated Hummingbirds filling up to leave shortly for Mexico or South America.
