Well the Superbowl didn’t go our way but neither quarterback got much done except pulling turf off their faces.
The Seahawks defense was out for blood!
The Patriots held them to a bunch of field goals which showed their toughness as well. They did all they could to stop their running back, Walker, from doing so much more damage. That man had a chip on his shoulder or fire in his gut. :)
Well I am sad for our community but the other guys wanted it more.
We had a season no one expected. They will work hard to be better.
I painted as the game played out. I looked up from the wet paper full of my mix of blue and red pigments. I came out with this.

Also watched the birds just on the other side of the dirty glass door. :)

Feeders to keep bully birds out are set up 50 feet from the back door. It is another 6 feet from the table I paint at.

These two are just 8 feet from where I was painting.

It was brutal out but I still got my coat on and took him out several times. We both need exercise badly. With all the trips to the doctors and the below 0 temps without the windchill added.

It was pretty though with the sunshine and gorgeous blue sky.

Someone was not fazed with the cold.
We will do a trip today for my breathing test. It is to see if I am healthy enough for next weeks biopsy, on the nodule in my lung.
It is cold but a perfect day to travel to the VT border of NH.
Stay safe
Eunice

He certainly loves the snow! LOL! Love your painting Eunice. Thinking of you today! 🤗
Thanks Cathy. I hate what comes next when my pet scan clearly says I am OK lol but my brother will take me up for that one we will make a good day out of it no matter what <3
I had to cancel as I am sick now.
The colors worked out beautifully in your snow scene.
Thanks so much.
I LOVE color palette of your new painting, the shades of lavender really add a lot. I hope your breathing test went well today! 🥰
Thank you. Looks of people like blue and white as well as purple and white. I will also offer it on cards. Not sure test was good.
I watched the first few minutes of the game and it did look from the start as though your boys were up against it. Have a safe journey.
Thanks with no protection all you can do is run yourself. Took the test I do not think I passed we will see.
Hope all went well today. Man, what a harsh weekend! Hope the worst is behind us. 🤞🏼
A week of the 40’s coming up! I had to cancel biopsy for this coming Monday I did my lung test not sure I passed but was ill this morning maybe caught a cold being run down with weather and in and out of hospitals. I will try again when I feel better.
Try Ginger root and honey tea! Feel better soon. 👍🏼
Thank you I will try that. I went to post a video on Facebook of Brady in the snow and my breathing on it was so bad I covered it with a Willie Nelson song :(
This tells the story of a day filled with football, painting, and everyday life amidst the cold, while bravely facing important medical tests. Best regards.
Thank you. One test done but I felt so lousy and unable to take a deep breath I had to cancel the biopsy for now. Need to see if I failed the breathing test and why as it is not anything to due with a nodule :)
I’m so sorry you felt that way. If you couldn’t take a deep breath, you did the right thing by prioritizing how you felt at that moment. Your body was telling you that you needed to stop.
It’s perfectly valid that you want to understand if you failed the breathing test and why. Sometimes the results can be affected by anxiety, inflammation, a recent infection, or simply not being able to perform the maneuver properly if you were feeling unwell. It doesn’t necessarily mean anything serious, but it is important that the doctor clearly explains what happened.
When you feel a little better, you could ask them to explain the results in detail and what the next steps are. You’re not failing at anything; you’re going through a difficult process and you deserve information and support.
Thank you so much. This is in my mind so unnecessary but with a few people wanting me to live forever lol I am trying my best not to give up on all medical people.
Cat scans and Pet Scan say inflammation and arthritis while surgeons say biopsies, radiation and surgery are my choices or waiting 6 months and doing another cat scan.
Now I worry about mold and all the things it can cause havoc with but I spoke to the doctors nurse who told me to keep using my Albuterol as prescribed which I had not been doing lol it can’t work if you don’t use it or use it when only struggling. So now I will see if I can get to a point where I feel it will be ok to be put under and perform the lung exam :) Thanks for your insight.
Your painting turned out beautiful!
Than you it is not easy.
Your watercolor draws me right in to the scene, Eunice. Well done! :)
Thank you.
