The yard is still full of hummingbird activity bees as well. It hit 80F again today.
Brady went to a new vet on Tuesday and I happened to ask about a lump on his upper left shoulder, like where some give shots and I did not want his rabies shot given anywhere near this spot, so she felt it and then took a syringe full of the fluid inside and she said she found one strand of cancer.
She would need a bigger sample and to operate and remove it to fit the criteria, to know for sure. Needless to say I was so sad on the drive home but have decided to stay positive, keep and eye on it and see if it grows, if so in he goes to have it removed if possible. Praying he gets to live out a normal dogs life he is just 5 or 6 they say.
I worked extra this week and came home today and took him to a church we walk at, we did a complete loop both of us needing it badly. I have dropped his weight by 11 or 12 lbs in a year, I just pray it was his diet that got it off.
Tonight we leave him home to rest under the fan while we take a ride to Dover for a car show and a lesson on forming metal (Auto Body) I need a night of fun with my camera(maybe photos to share with you) and I will ride with Ron in the cab, I am too tired to drive tonight. I also took Brady for a ride to pick up flooring for my 56 yesterday, I will replace wood with a TREX type plastic material. This will out live me.

Have a great night!
Eunice

I’m gonna pray it is an easily managed tumor and that he’ll be right as rain afterwards… enjoy your evening. šš¼
Thank you I rode in the cab with him and left Brady home but the man who was going to teach everyone had to race to the hospital as his son was in a motorcycle accident. I will keep them in my prayers <3 Brady was happy to see us pull in :)
Hope he is okay… šš¼
Thank you
We’ve just hit 80 here in the Vermont north country as well! Only bees I’ve seen are yellow jackets, little pests!!!!
We have a lot of bald faced hornets, I will trade you. I made a yellow jacket trap as we are highly allergic :(
What do you use to trap them?
Sugar and apple cider mix in a soda bottle with one hole on the side they can fit in, tie string around the neck and cap it. They go in and can’t get out.
great tip!
Seems they get nasty before dying off in the winter.
Yes, a bee man told me their diet changes from sugar to protein and that’s why they become more aggressive around mammals!
So true
Oh, no, I hope Brady will be all right!
Me too :(
I too hope that Brady will get the treatment that he needs. And I hope that you get some good photographs from your night out.
We arrived tonight sat down to eat before watching the metal shaping class but the man that was going to teach us the ropes was called to the local hospital as his some was in a bad motorcycle accident praying he will be ok so no photos. I will keep a close eye on our boy <3
Oh, sweet Brady. I’m rooting for you honey.
Thank you .
Oh, how worrying for you Eunice. One of our dogs had several ‘tumour’ like growths, one of which was removed and grew back, but he outlived them all with no ill effects and was over 14 when he died. I hope that will be the case for Brady. š©·
Thank you xo this they determined was not a fatty cyst :(

I know I must watch it.
