We had been having so much fun getting the place ready after all the rainy days.
A sunshine filled day and one of his favorite balls and me trying to capture how handsome he is, not easy trust me.
Then this happened, more snow than I dealt with all winter, I think.

The others I fed under tables so the raptors could not easily pick them off.

Days after these were delivered! I have been babysitting pansy bowls under sheets/tarps until this week when they say all of this mess will melt lol

Even Brady, who loves to eat freshly fallen snow, is not impressed by the recent storm though mostly because mom leaves him in the house while she runs the John Deere tractor, to push this mess around.
Have a wonderful weekend!
We will have sunshine until Monday afternoon when the solar eclipse makes it appearance here in the 603, in places it will be at 100% total and for the rest of our state a partial. I will be working though it would be hard to drive with those funky glasses they pass out so I will do my best to focus on my riders and the roadway which is always better anyways :)
No photos as I never went and got a lens made for my camera.

Winter HAS to give way eventually!
I hurt so bad I hope it is soon. Did you feel the earthquake today? I was on the tractor and did not notice anything odd with the birds.
No, it wasn’t noticed by me here either.
Nope. I am not amused. And my dirt road is now thick mud with snow on top, our plow guy didn’t bother.
I feel your pain I spent 3 hours pushing crap around and I had already gotten the yard perfect once 2 weeks ago. I feel like I am 90 tonight.
This must be the last Eunice so hope it melts soon and you get a chance to see something of the eclipse. 😀
Thank you, Cathy, me too.
I am envious about the eclipse. I hope that you get a sunny day. Even if you can’t stop to watch it, it will still be a memorable eevnt.
Yes, it will be crazy just 2 hours north of me and found out tonight I will work from 6-12 lol.
You’re right about that, Eunice. This is NOT funny. We still don’t have our power back.
OMG I am so sorry friend just hers back in Raymond hope you have yours by midnight.
Luckily, we have a generator, but our power is still out.
OMG You are having a bad time of it weather wise Eunice, all that hard work to have to do all over again. Earth quakes are scary and I try not to think about them because we have many tremors here in Crete as you probably know. Anyway I hope the weather soon gets much warmer for you Take care and stay safe.
Thanks Rita you two stay safe as well xo
