Back in mid 2000 I was all about beading, fusing and using a clay mixture to make earrings, bracelets and necklaces I even have a pasta machine and an oven just for that.
I still have my kiln, and bead making torch and all the supplies to start up again, but Watercolor has a hold of me still, and I seem to be so focused on just one thing at a time, in my chaotic life right now.
I just can’t go to the barn and play with those things at the moment, even going out and buying cute earrings for February, from another, when I could have made anything, I desired.
I even have items listed for sale on Marketplace with hopes of finding someone a bit more focused on tedious jewelry making and all the craft fairs needed to sell them all. I guess that may be the real issue making so many I feel the need to sell them to those looking to spend a $1 for things that cost 10 x’s that for the pieces never mind my time.
I paint and if it never sells as an Original, I add it on my online shop and each time a card or other item with its image sells, I feel like someone else saw a bit of worth in what I am trying to create.
Thanks for the prompt @WordPress maybe I just need to remember to wear some of the pieces I made and stored away to get me started again.

Being an artist is hard work!
lol No not hard fun actually it is the stuff after you create something that is hard. I love watching my birds and pup.
I’ve given up knitting, sewing, and embroidery for the foreseeable future, as I am writing full-time.
So, we are focused right? I just can’t seem to go in multiple directions anymore. :)
Yes, I’ll go with focused, very focused!
Ha Ha :)
Your work in making jewelry is fabulous. Your art is fabulous. Your garden, all you do is wonderful. You have a gift, Eunice.
Thank you, today in the mud I felt far from good at anything xo

Gorgeous painting, such a great feeling to it.
Thanks so much.
Some hobbies feel dated and what felt interesting might change as time goes and we evolve. Reading has been my all time favorite, cooking is another.
True enough I love everything just never seem to be able to do it all anymore :)
I had a jewellery making game in my childhood that I loved playing. Those were fun times😊
I never attempted to make any until I was injured at 50 :) so much fun.

Not really for me, I’m doing my same hobbies traveling etc… but Making jewelry sounds cool and requires a lot of creativity sometime. So pretty cool.
