Six Months How Can That Be

How can he have been with us 6 months already? The first two months were nuts and the last 4 so enjoyable. Brady is a Border Collie we rescued
here in NH, he came with issues like wanting to run the streets as he had no real home life, though someone had taught him basic commands when he was young. We were told he was 4 going on 5 but who knows.

Many thanks to my brother for giving this pup so many toys to pick from.
I took him out to get photos of his journey with us and it is too hard to toss the ball and capture good poses.

He loves the snow and is constantly rolling in it when he is not eating it!

Little by little I am getting his nails to the proper length earning trust is something you don’t rush. With snow and ice, a bit longer gives him better traction.

Having run the roads and beach area for a few years he has a nose for what’s out there I suppose but here where there are we have cars that could hit him it is more the wild ones, I fear him going off after, but besides the one time he took off he has been good as gold coming when I call. I was not home with him when he did, it was my other half and not well enough to run after him. A friend found him and brought him home. I was so thankful.

We love him so much and he is such a loving dog <3

Have a great day!
Eunice
