Between working on my 1956 truck and working on weed control in the gardens with all the rain I hardly find time to paint but I forced myself to make some time for this work in progress. I have been playing with it for 2 days now.
Well now we are in our 3rd day of a heatwave so more later from me and what’s been going on. Take care of yourselves.

Yes Walnut ink on this one as I was just playing around. I did take photos of it as a pure watercolor so I could make cards and prints available but then messed with it a bit still not sure I am done with it. :) We were under tornado warning most of our morning and for now the river is behaving who knows what tomorrow will bring well besides 91 degrees. Not far from us and some of my favorite places to go are under water with roads unpassable what a mess and so many could use much of the exce3ss water we have received. Thanks for asking.

Good to hear you are safe and not flooded. I like the ink effect on the painting.
