Practising and Shoveling

I forgot I am not supposed to paint boring scenes with everything the same height I will rectify that in the future.Β  πŸ™‚

Pats won again I am a happy lady.

It is now Christmas Eve here in NH and places are closing up early for workers to have time with their own families which is nice to see.Β  Besides sending out cards I did nothing for this holiday since mom died last Thanksgiving I really just spend the holidays here at home with boyfriend and the dog and cat.Β  I like having no extra stress as it is a sad time already.Β  I did keep the wild birds fed during our ice storm and today before the snow begins to fall.Β  They say we will have 4 to 8 inches I hope for 0Β  πŸ™‚

Less than 90 days left till spring I will keep reminding myself.

I will spend time cleaning out old paperwork, donating clothes/coats and giving away many items I no longer have the need for as it is a good time to purge and I have a whole week to make a dent it in before the New Year.

I am trying to decide if I should build a new home(without stairs) or redo this home so it flows better and a large storage room can replace where the bathroom now sits 4 stairs down. My knee is good but I know I will need replacements down the road so why not plan now.Β  Also have to lose weight and remain focused so I can do more as I get older.

I will continue to paint and take photos and in January I also begin to teach watercolor basics.Β  I can not wait to share the magic.

Wishing you all a Very Merry Christmas can not wait to hear what you all did.

  3. Hi Eunice, I have realized that I wasn’t receiving any of your posts in my Reader so I un-followed and re-followed and should begin staying abreast what’s been going on. Beautiful watercolor, the cool colors are popping with those bits of warmth in there. I’m going to have to find out what I’ve been missing – happy to see you again. So much snow already, can only say wow – hope you aren’t shoveling snow off the rooftop this year. Many blessings for a wonderful new year.

      1. What news Eunice! I hope you both are doing much better – stay safe as the winter storm is approaching your neck of the woods.
