  2. I love mushrooms have them every week on toast cooked in milk with a little butter and pepper. Then when cooked use the juice to make a cream sauce. Great photo Eunice. Thanks for the invite by the way. How are you?

    1. I am awesome been so busy and doing nothing at all with temps. hovering near 100 each day. I do a lot early and late in the day and the rest of the time work on my online website selling photographs. Not a Mushroom hunter but I do love then in lots of the meals I whip up or just in a salad. Not sure this huge one out on the hill should be eaten or not 🙂
