Mirror Mirror
When I look into to the mirror I see me Smile
It has so very long since I really smiled.
Yes I have wrinkles but I still see my Blue Eyes.
My hair now looks as it did when I was 16, yes a MESS!
Long and unruly and no longer highlighted.
As I lose the weight I packed on with sadness and injuries,
I begin to look more and more like the girl I used to be
OH but a LOT OLDER
🙂
Peace

Good one…. and so upbeat and happy that you are liking like looking like yourself again. 🙂
OMG me too! Now to feel like I was 16 again 🙂
Wiser too and that shows in your face.
Ron can not get over the change and in between Mom reminiscing about her 4 kids me being one she said well you are looking so much better 🙂 I am glad the outside world can see a difference now if that scale would move like it does on the Biggest looser though no way will I ever exercise like that 🙂
Thanks Cindy I look at that girl in HS photo they me in my rig then after hair done then this birthday I am like a colorful every changing Lizard 🙂
Funny I always thought of me as Wise a Wisea#% :)must be the trucker attitude 🙂
Oh, I know how you feel. Time passes and little by little what one once knew fades into the past.
🙂 Now that I have truly let go of all I have been carrying in my heart, the lines of stress and poor choices oh and suntanning seem to be less than they were now to loose the rest of the weight I want off. I joined a gym for weight training so I can feel better as it drops off 🙂
Hope it becomes your new way of life. Sounds fun and healthy.
🙂 it will remain so I spent too many years not full engaged 🙂 I am BACK!
I call my wrinkles “Laughter lines”! LOL!!! Stay young at heart Eunice! 😉
Yes mine came from years of laughter and all that SUNTANNING through the huge tractor trailer window 🙂
